Varsity Towers is a luxury condominium complex situated in an established northwest Calgary neighbourhood. Built as rental apartments in 1978, they were completely renovated and converted to condominiums in the early 2000s. There are 175 tastefully decorated suites in three high-rise buildings, two have eight floors and one has ten floors. Between the towers are two beautiful courtyards that will offer a haven of tranquility.

The Brentwood C-Train station is only a five minute bus ride away, and then connects to downtown Calgary and the rest of the city by the C-Train system and other public transports. A city block away is Market Mall, one of the top shopping centers in Calgary.

The University of Calgary is a research-intensive public university with some 30,000 students and 17 faculties, including a medical school, a veterinary school and a law school. It is just three or four kilometers away. A block south of the main campus is the Foothills Hospital and physically attached to it is the Tom Baker Cancer Centre. The newly built Alberta Children's Hospital is also in close proximity on the west campus.

Our residents are well served by the Calgary Board of Education. The Varsity Acres School is only half a kilometer away to the east. It is an elementary school with a French Immersion program. In the opposite direction, also half a kilometer away, is another public elementary school, the Marion Carson School. Adjacent to it is the F.E. Osbourne Junior High School. Directly north of the Varsity Towers, ten city blocks away, is the Sir Winston Churchill Senior High School.

The rooftop of each building has a patio where the residents can enjoy a panoramic view of the whole city and the Rocky Mountains.

We are only minutes away from the TransCanada Highway that will take us in an hour to the Banff National Park, a year round playground for many Albertans.
